AWARDS FOR STROKE AND HEART DISEASE CARE

The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association's "Get With The Guidelines" program helps ensure the care we provide to our patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure and stroke meets the latest evidence-based guidelines.

We earned the AHA/ASA's 2009 Gold Performance Achievement Award for stroke care by maintaining at least 85 percent compliance in core standard levels of care for 24 consecutive months. We earned Silver and Bronze Achievement Awards for coronary artery disease care and treating heart failure, respectively.
